Okay, so I’m not dead. Just occupied and overly tired lately. Not to mention very much lacking focus in regard to…almost everything…but that’s nothing new. Neither is the fact that I have been putting forth too much effort in little things that could possibly wait until later.
Back in August, I was complaining about how Twitter is “plum useless unless you actually have people bothering to have an account themselves that would allow them to keep tabs on what you are up to.” Well, seems things change as one becomes more aware of their ability to network in the most unlikely ways. I have been using Twitter again for the past four days — half as a social tool; half as a business tool for those interested in my occupations — and have been having more fun with it now that I have established a bit of a network. I have even reconnected with certain individuals that could aid me in the future, and vice versa. I’m not going to bother posting my username here though. Feel free to ask me directly if you are interested.
My full-time job has picked up quite a bit in the last week, but in the same respect, I have also become bored with such things as inputting content for other clients. I value my position as a Interactive Media Producer very much, but Ctrl/Cmd+C and Ctrl/Cmd+V can only be exciting for so long. I am drifting to sleep moreso than usual, and realized today that I have not designed anything of my own in nearly a month. I have begun to feel as though there is something more I could be doing with my time. Do I like my job and my boss? Yes. Am I enjoying the type of work I have been receiving lately? No.
There is an anime spotlight in the making. For which series? Not telling.
My development for CyberConnect is coming along, but with my day job in the way, it is still taking longer than I wanted it to. Once I establish my base designs though, the rest should be simple. Yes, I am being vague on exactly what I am “developing”.
Found a nice choice for a potential move. I have to check it out in person though, and also get my money sorted out on paper. At the moment, I only have my loan payments down to a science, while still having to be reminded about my car insurance.
I am six days behind on updating Sacred Force. Twitter is probably the culprit who has been stealing away my attention. I will hopefully be remedying this blunder tomorrow.
Been trying to read and practice acoustic guitar more little by little. Both are difficult to come by these days. I would like for that to change in time, but we can’t always have our way.
Boring enough? Good.

You’re first “career” job will suck. In fact any type of new job will suck, unless you’re extremely blessed or privelaged and just fall into something. Give it time, and you’ll move onto new jobs with probably much more interesting tasks. And unlike a large majority of college grads, you’re actually doing something with your degree.
*must start one-liners per day again!* At least you haven’t fallen behind as much as I have with that exercise. But silly little social things such as facebook/twitter tend to do that…which is why I refuse to get a myspace.

Indeed I am doing something with my degree. I suppose there are just certain aspects of my skill set that I would like to be improving rather than content management. Thank you for your support on this. I manage to be pretty content when all is said and done, especially since it’s all so flexible, eheh.
Twitter is pretty non-intrusive though. It’s when you feel obligated to write about every little thing you’re doing that it begins to get out of hand. After doing it for a week or so, I’m calming down. MySpace and Facebook are specifically geared to keep people on the site as long as possible. Good thing you and I haven’t been sucked into that.
For your one-liners per day, I would definitely pick up where you left off. You could even use Twitter for that if you wanted; it keeps an archive of all your messages and limits your length. I started dating mine because it gave me more incentive and obligation…which is what I wanted to feel accomplished.
