There actually has been a lot more going on in my pursuits within the amateur voice actor circuit on YouTube than I have been letting on. I have recently acquired four new roles, including the lead role of Haseo for the dot hack//Trilogy Fandub I auditioned for not too long ago and the lead role of Inuyasha for an comedic abridged series.
However, there is one major accomplishment that I should have mentioned the moment it happened. I officially made my amateur VA debut in Prelude C of the sprite animation fan project, Cross-Over Elimination, a week ago. Yes, this is the first time my voice has been used for a dubbing. All the others were just auditions that have not been used directly in a project. I want to also mention that KawaiiKitsuneKayuri (Kayuri-chan) made her YouTube debut along with me as Rena. We were both very excited about this, and I’m happy to finally get around to sharing it on my blog.
All the voice actors/actresses in this sprite production are really top of the line talent in my opinion. It is more than a pleasure to work with them to give life to such popular, iconic characters. In case you have forgotten (or didn’t pay attention to the billboard x_x), I was chosen to play the roles of Axel and Leon from Kingdom Hearts.
If you didn’t realize this yet, I’m in the first scene challenging myself to a fight! XD Good times. ^_^

After 180 installments, I may have toyed with the thought of whether I could reach a comfortable point of saying “This would definitely be the end of a volume…” As I have said before, I never expected to stick with this for as long as I have. However, I am happy to say that I have come to the point of claiming a Sacred Force Vol. 1 draft to be completed.
I want to go back and review all that I’ve written — the haphazard stuff in the very beginning, to the mulled-over-for-fifteen-minutes stuff that started showing up around #60 onward. I haven’t received much feedback for SF except from one or two people. Even so, I’m enjoying where my imagination is going with this, even if no one likes how much I skimp on detail due to this being a writing exercise. A most successful one, I must say.
Sacred Force has always been a tentative title, but it’s grown on me. I might take some time to think of a new title, but chances are I’ll stick with it. I know my best friend and manga partner, Kou, has been enjoying this story, but I might want to seek out another talented art style. We’ll see.
In the mean time, hope someone enjoys these next 20 installments besides me. I do love how this ends…^_^
